Summer Fun

With spring and summer upon us I've started planning all the places I want to take the twinners. Last year they were a little too young. Now that they are mobile and probably reach most height requirements, I'm ready to be out and about. So here is a list of places I want to hit up this summer. They are either close by us or the grandparents.

• Happy Hollow

• Fairyland

• Gilroy Gardens

• Oakland Zoo

• Palo Alto Junior Museum and Zoo

• Fairytale Town (Carmichael)

• Funderland Children's Park (Sacramento)

• Billy Jones Wildcat Railroad

And of course our local parks and condo complex swimming pool.

Anyone have any other ideas?

Thank Goodness Spring is Here

It has been a long winter. Next year I plan on hibernating Jan-March like a bear. It would be a good economic move since I wouldn't be out spending money. I would just have to convince my bear cubs to nap with me.

The weather has been in the 70's and 80's so we've been enjoying the sun as much as possible.

And having picnics in the park.

When learning to eat with a spoon...

you can be neat and ladylike.

Or not.
